Shipping and Return Policies

All items have been carefully inspected before we send it out.
We usually ship within 3 business days. Not including weekends and national holidays.
Contact the seller with which items you wish to buy.
We are not responsible for any custom duties/taxes that apply to you when importing to your country.
Shipping insurance is optional to the buyers. If buyers decide not to add insurance, seller will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
Returns for a full refund of payment or replacement (not including shipping costs) will only be accepted if the item(s) received is different than what was described.
All items considered for exchange must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all original accessories and packaging materials.
Items considered for return have to be returned within 10 days from the day of delivery.
The buyer has to contact cidasoftairsoft.com within 3 days from the day of delivery if the buyer wishes to return the item.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the items.
Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense.
If the shipment is undeliverable for any reason, or the buyer refuses the shipment, buyer will be responsible to pay the shipping fees, return shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any costs incurred in returning.
